b. Harassing, discriminating against, or engaging in any form of misconduct towards passengers.

c. Using a mobile phone or electronic device while driving, except in emergencies.

d. Engaging in any form of illegal activity.

e. Violating company policies or procedures.

f. Any act(s) of discriminatory conduct of any kind or nature toward any passenger or potential passenger(s).

4. Any driver found in violation of this policy will be subject to immediate termination and may face legal consequences depending on the severity of the offense.

Consequences:

1. First offense: Immediate suspension pending investigation.

2. Second offense: Termination of employment.

3. Severe offenses (e.g., driving under the influence): Immediate termination and legal action.

Reporting Violations:

Passengers or other employees who witness a driver violating this policy should report the incident to Scenic's management immediately. Reports will be investigated promptly, and appropriate action will be taken.

Acknowledgment:

All drivers are required to read, understand, and acknowledge this policy. Failure to comply with this policy may result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.
